Substitutions

Sometime items may be discontinued or unavailable at short notice, if this occurs we will contact you as soon as possible to suggest a suitable alternative. Should this not be acceptable an order cancellation will be possible with no fees or charges.

Prices

All prices mentioned on the website are in GBP Sterling. All prices mentioned on the website are under reservation of typo and printing errors. Gravel & Silt will take no responsibility for typo and printing errors and we withhold the right to cancel any orders whereby a pricing error has occurred.

Time

Any period or times stated for delivery to the buyer are estimates only and in any event Gravel and Silt accepts no responsibilty for loss or damage of whatever nature resulting from reasonable delay.

Cancellation

Gravel and Silt reserves the right to cancel any order if after acceptance the goods set aside for such order are destroyed or damaged beyond repair and cannot be replaced. No order may be cancelled by the intending purchaser without the written consent of Gravel and Silt.

Returns

Unfortunately we do not offer returns on any products that have been personalised unless they are faulty, in which case, we will replace the faulty item. No refunds will be made for faulty items that have been personalised. Please make sure you order the correct size when ordering personalised goods as we have a NO RETURNS policy on personalised items. In the case of ordering non personalised items, then we offer a 14 day return period. Any non personalised items being returned must be unworn, returned in original packaging and in original condition. This is at the discretion of Silt and Gravel and the buyer remains liable for any carriage costs incurred, with the exception of the return of faulty or damaged goods.

Images and Specifications

All images and specifications e.g data concerning weight, measurement, colour etc as mentioned on the website are approximates. They are indicative and shall not be considered reason for any compensation or cancellation of the agreement. Gravel and Silt does not accept responsibility for the slight differences in colour or texture of materials.
